Another Wednesday night yoga class was just what the doctor ordered half way through this week. BUT after an intense leg workout session with Shannon, my trainer, last night my legs are doomed. I’m going to be hobbling around all day tomorrow. Maybe I’ll try to do a stretch-y yoga video in the AM… but I’m not good at waking up in the morning to do things.
In the last year I have done a complete 180 in regards to fitness. A year ago I was just starting to run for the first time to train for a half marathon. I had been seeing a personal trainer for about 6 weeks and was crippled with muscle aches after each session. Now, I have been seeing a trainer for a year, can run 4 miles off the bat (not at the pace of my marathon-er friends but I can finish!)...
